Employees can easily scan receipt with their smartphone and the expense data will be automatically
populated. Quick and Easy process! On the approving end, approver will be able to view the claim details
and supporting documents via the web browser or mobile app.
Approved claims will automatically be updated into the Payroll system and the claim details will then be
shown in the employees’ pay slips.

Can I scan the receipts for claims instead of inputting them manually?
Yes, you can scan the receipts with built-in OCR instead of inputting them manually. The expense data will then be auto-populated into the claims application page in the Mobile App.
