Biometrics Reader Integration with HRMS Software
Employees clock-ins through Facial Recognition, Fingerprint Machines, or the Mobile App, are synced directly to our HR System. This system calculates working hours, overtime, and lateness, and the processed data is then linked to our Payroll Software for further payroll processing.
Using the mobile app, employees can mark their attendance directly from their phones, apply for leave, submit expense claims, view their payslips and EA Form, and check the latest company policies—all in one convenient place.
Additionally, the E-Appraisal module allows Managers to share employee appraisals directly to the HR.

Are Info-Tech's Fingerprint time attendance and Time attendance software linked to each other?
Yes, Fingerprint time attendance is linked to the time attendance software. The fingerprint time attendance machine will be used by the employees for punching in and out for their attendance. On the other hand, the time attendance software is used by managers, supervisors and administrators to create shift patterns, work/break time rules and view attendance data.
How many employees' fingerprints can be stored into Info-Tech's system?
You can save up to 2000 fingerprints into the system.
Is the fingerprint time attendance linked to the payroll software?
The attendance data captured from the fingerprint time attendance must be linked to the Time Attendance Software in order for it to be able to link to Payroll Software.
Can I delete a resigned employee's fingerprint via web browser?
You need to delete the employee's fingerprint on the fingerprint reader.
