Can my employees apply for appraisal through Info-Tech Performance Appraisal Software?
No. The appraisal template to be assigned by the Admin user/HR
Can my employees correct their application once submitted?
No changes can be done after submission. The employee can choose to save the template as a draft to ensure all the information are correct before submission.
Can approvers from different departments see all employee's appraisal detail in Info-Tech Performance Appraisal Software?
Approver from another department will not be able to view the appraisal details of the specific employees unless they have been assigned as the approving officer.
